1. Eligibility for Refund:

   • Refunds are only available for digital products, specifically our structural plans.
   • To be eligible for a refund, you must request it within 7 days of the purchase date. If a refund is requested within 24 hours of the order, a full refund will be issued. After 24 hours, a $200 administrative fee will be withheld including hourly charges for all time spent on project work.
   • Refunds will only be issued for incomplete structural plans.

2. How to Request a Refund:

   • To request a refund, please contact our customer support team.
   • Provide your order number and a brief explanation of why you are requesting a refund.
   • Our customer support team will review your request and respond to you promptly.

3. Refund Process:

   • Once your refund request is approved, we will initiate the refund to your original method of payment.
   • Please note that it may take some time for the refund to be processed by your financial institution.
   • You will receive an email notification once the refund has been processed.

4. Exceptions:

   • Full refunds will not be provided for structural plans that have been started.
   • Refunds will not be provided for completed/delivered structural plans.
   • Refunds will not be provided for custom or personalized structural plans.
   • We reserve the right to deny refund requests if there is evidence of misuse or abuse of our refund policy.
